WHEREAS, a Petition signed by the owners of more
than two-thirds of the property abutting upon property
dedicated for street purposes, located in the City of
Edmonds, Washington, being a portion of Andover Street,
more particularly described as follows:
The easterly 10 feet and the westerly 10 feet
of the 80 -foot right-of-way of Andover Street
from Olympic View Drive southerly to a point
570 feet north of 184th Street S.W. (the
southern extended right-of-way line of vacated
182nd Street S.W.) in Sections 7 and 18, all
in Township 27 North, Range 4 East, W.M. all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of
Snohomish, State of Washington,
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for
the vacation of the above described property, who has
returned a certification of sufficiency, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such
petition and that the date of such hearing be fixed by
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
City Council of the City of Edmonds, that Tuesday, the 19th
day of October, 1971, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the
Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed
as the time and place for the hearing and determination by
the City Council of said Petition.
