A RESOLUTION OF THE .CITY. OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON COMMENDING MALDEN A. JACOBSON
FOR HIS SERVICES TO SAID CITY AND THE
CITIZENS THEREOF . . .
WHEREAS, :it is appropriate and desirable that a community -
award public recognition for outstanding public 'service rendered
by individual citizens, and.
WHEREAS, MALDEN A. JACOBSON has diligently served the
City of Edmonds, and the citizens thereof, as a member of the
Board of Adjustment since: January 16, 1968, having been appointed
by Mayor H. H. Harrison to so' serve, and
WHEREAS, during the time so spent MALDEN A. JACOBSON has
devoted himself unselfishly and without financial remuneration
to. the spirit of bettering the community, and
WHEREASX the City Council of the City of Edmonds, and
the officers and employees of said City deem:it only fitting that
a commendation should be issued herewith for the time and effort
so spent by MALDEN A. JACOBSON and that said commendation should be
made a part .of the permanent records of said City of Edmonds, now,
therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, that MALDEN A. JACOBSON be hereby con -vended
for his unselfish dedica.:tion to the City of Edmonds and the
citizens thereof and for his guidance :for the future and better
development of said City, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be
furnished to: the said MALDEN A. JACOBSON and an additional copy be
entered in the permanent records of the City in order that the
citizens be :forever aware of the high esteem and respect in which
MALDEN A. JACOBSON has been, is and will be held -for -evermore.
