A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS FROM THE CONTINGENCY
FUND TO THE STREET FUND FOR CITY PARTICIPATION
IN UNDERGROUND PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the budget of the City of Edmonds established in part
for city participation in underground wiring projects, the extent of which
requirements could not be ascertained at the time of the preparation and
adoption of the 1972 budget, and
WHEREAS, certain underground projects have been under con-
struction and are in need of city participation for financing the same, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
The Finance Director be and the same hereby is directed to transfer
from the Contingency Fund No. 619 to the Street Fund No. 111 the sum of
$14, 986. 00 for the purpose of city participation in undergrounding electrical
transmission and communication facilities for the following projects in the
following sums:
Local Improvement District 186, Sunset Avenue $ 8,100
Local Improvement District 187, Ninth Avenue 6,000
Alder Street Participation, council action of 6-6-72 886
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds July 5 , 1972.
