A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMU-
NITY DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE FACILITY USE PERMITS
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH THE EDMONDS SCHOOL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that dele-
gation of authority to execute Facility Use Permits will
facilitate administration in the recreation program within
the City, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Director of Community Development is
hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Edmonds, Washington,
to execute Facility Use Permits between the City of Edmonds and
the Edmonds School District for the use of Edmonds School
District facilities. Said Facility Use Permit, shall be in
the form attached hereto or as has been otherwise approved
by the City Attorney. No agreement shall extend beyond the
City's then current fiscal year and the charges to the City
shall not exceed the limits of funds appropriated for said
purpose.
Section 2. This authorization shall continue in full
force and effect until revoked or otherwise amended by the
City Council.
