No Transaction Summaries since October 2019. Rich will look into.
Chair Report:
• Jerry introduced Angie Feser, Director of Parks and Recreation.
• Sent an email to Ashley Robinson, prospective board member to see if she is still
interested in serving on the Board
Staff Report:
• Rich Lindsay reports that Cemetery maintenance is going well and the seasonal
employee he hired is a good fit.
• The Walker riding mower is getting old and breaking down. Rich proposes the
purchase of a new mower and taking the cost of $23,000 dollars from the
Cemetery Trust Fund. Rich states that the appearance of a well maintained
Cemetery is what drives sales.
Angie reports that the City is going through the annual budget process. If we were
to ask the City for the money for the mower we would need to take it to the City
Council. The mower expense is eligible to come out of our Trust Fund. She will
put together a proposal for the board to consider at the August Board meeting.

• Jerry reminded Board members to take the online certification for the Open
Public Meeting Act as required by the City.
• WBinT planning: Whitney Massae showed us her plans for the Virtual WBinT tour
