RE: DANA GILLET “PERRINVILLE” COMP PLAN AMENDMENT (AMD-2007-17).
Dear Applicant:
You have submitted an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to add a new section
of text to the Comprehensive Plan. This new section of text would be specific to the Perrinville
neighborhood (shown as “Neighborhood Commercial” on the Comprehensive Plan map and
would include development goals and policies for future commercial land use in that
neighborhood.
This project will first be reviewed by the Planning Board. The board will make a
recommendation to the City Council, and the Council will issue the final decision. The first
hearing is scheduled below.

The file was missing the $15 City Surcharge fee. Please provide this at your
convenience.
2.Owner’s Signature:
The Land Use Application was missing the signature of the property
owner listed, Dana Gillet. Please provide Dana’s signature on the original land use
application, available in the Planning Division, at your convenience.
3.Notarized Affidavit:
I have provided the file with an Adjacent Property Owner (APO) list
for properties up to 300 feet from the subject area. Please come in and review the APO list
and at that time, supply the file with the Notarized Affidavit.

4.Public Works:
Please be aware that Public Works provided the following review comment,
“Perrinville Creek Basin is stressed – surface water bypass!” Please contact Street/Storm
Water Manager Tod Moles at 425.771.0235 if you have any questions.
5.SEPA Determination:
The SEPA Determination will be issued on Friday 5/9. I will be in
contact with you if I receive any comments or appeals.
6.Information:
