At 6:15 p.m., the Edmonds City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nelson, The Council
utilized the Zoom online meeting platform to conduct this meeting.
2. CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING STRATEGY
The Council then convened in a Closed Session to discuss collective bargaining strategy per RCW
42.30.140(4)(a).
ADJOURN
At 6:48 p.m., the closed session concluded and the meeting was adjourned.
