by D.K.ESTE FISHER, JANON FISHER in his own right, LOUISE F83TE
BRUCE and :R'ILLIAM A. ,FISHER# the parties of the first part; D.K.
ESTE FISHER, JAXON FISHER an *IAN A. FISHER, Trustees under
the will of William A.Fisher,deaeased, the parties of the second
part; and EDMONDS SCHOOL DISTRICT No.150 of Snohomish County,
State of Washington, the party of the third part.
whereas William A.Fisher, the father of the said per -
ties of the first part died on September 28,1901 seised of the
lot of ground hereinafter conveyed and by his will, duly admitted
to probate in the Orphans Court for Baltimore City, Maryland, de-
vised and bequeathed the rest and residue of his estate (in which
the lot of ground hereinafter conveyed is included) to his wire,
Louise E.Fisher (now deceased) to hold during her life, and, sub-
ject to her life estate, one undivided one-fourth part thereof
absolutely and in fee to each of the said parties of the first
part, D.K.Este Fisher, Louise Este Bruce and William A.Fisher,
and one undivided one -eighth thereof absolutely and in fee to
said Janon Fisher and one undivided one -eighth thereof in fee
to the said parties of the second part in trust for the said
. Janon Fisher with full power of sale and power to the said trus-
tees to terminate the trust and thereby vest their one -eighth
In the said Janon Fisher in his own right absolutely, whenever,
In their judgment, it would be proper so to do; and the said
trustees have terminated the sai Trust and vested all the trust
property in said Janon Fisher absolutely and in tee.
And whereas the said parties of the first part have
to
sold/the party of the third part the lot of ground hereinafter
described and .; aonveyed at and for the sum of One Hundred and Forty
($140.00) Dollars, which sum of money has been, contemporaneously
