RESOLUTION NO. 490
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY -OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DIRECTING.
THE HEARING EXAMINER TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED RIGHT -OF-
WAY VACATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended
that certain property, now dedicated for street purposes,
located in the City of Edmonds, Washington, being a portion
of 175th Street S.W., and more particularly described in
Exhibits "A" and "B ", attached hereto and incorporated in
full by this reference, be vacated as unneeded right -of -way,
and
WHEREAS, the Edmonds City Code 20.70.020 re-
quires the Hearing Examiner review such a proposal at the
City Council's direction by resolution, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES that the proposed right -of -way vacation of a
portion of 175th Street S.W., more particularly described in
Exhibits "A" and . "B ", attached hereto and incorporated in
full by this reference, be'referred to the Hearing Examiner
for review.
