At 6:45 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 51h Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PER RCW
42.30.140{l}{A).
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss
collective bargaining.
ADJOURN
At 6:56 p.m., the executive session concluded and the meeting was adjourned.
