1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:10 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PER RCW
42.30.140(1)(A).
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss
collective bargaining.
3. CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS FOR APPOINTMENT TO A CITY BOARD OR
COMMISSION
The Council then interviewed Patricia Oneill and Rhonda Soikowski, candidates for appointment
to the Edmonds Arts Commission.
