1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:45 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tern Nelson in
the Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION PER RCW
42.30.110(1)(1).
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss pending
or potential litigation.
EXTENSION
At 7:00 p.m., the executive session was extended for five minutes.
