1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:40 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss
collective bargaining per RCW 42.30.140(1)(a). At 7:01, the Mayor emerged and announced that
the executive session would be extended for five minutes, until 7:05 p.m.
ADJOURN
At 7:04 p.m., the meeting was adjourned.
