follower of its growth for 30 years. I watched South Lake Union evolve from a warehouse district to a vibrant community
over 40 years, saw what worked and what didn't in multi -family housing, and would like to see that same or better care applied to Edmonds.

school. Designed along a street -type courtyard anchored with arrival and
administration, and a performing arts theater. Included amphitheater,

Designed and produced construction documents on 26,000 SF retail
center.
■ Waimea Center, Waimea, HI
Developed site plan and building design for an 88,000 SF mixed -use
retail and commercial office buildings.

Conceptual masterplanning and feasibility study for a 250 unit
