1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:45 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS FOR APPOINTMENT TO A CITY BOARD OR
COMMISSION
The Council then convened in the Jury Meeting Room to interview Ray Liaw, a candidate for
appointment to the Public Facilities District (PFD) Board.
