Charpentier, .came before -the Council in regards to getting water.to his <br />property, South of the City limits, He stated there would probably be 20 <br />users and they were all willing to pay more than their share to have the <br />water. This was referred to the water committee for consideration. <br />Clyde Brown came 'before the council and asked if he could operated a card <br />room in -the back part of his babber shop, which he is opening on Main Street. <br />The Council had no objection to this. <br />A motion was made byMo.Gibbon and seconded by Clausen that the Clerk call for <br />bids for a 100 gallon per minute turbine type water pump. Bids to be opened <br />March 20. Passed by a uz:aimious vof the council. <br />Street Superintendent R. H.
