MEET WITH SISTER CITY CANDIDATE ALICIA CRANK FOR CONFIRMATION TO THE <br />ESCC <br />At 7:00 p.m., the City Council met with Edmonds Sister City Commission candidate Alicia Crank. The <br />meeting took place in the Jury Meeting Room, located in the Public Safety Complex. All elected officials <br />were present with the exception of Councilmember Buckshnis. <br />Mayor Earling reconvened the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Deputy City Clerk Linda Hynd called the roll. All elected officials were present with the exception of <br />Councilmember Buckshnis. <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT FRALEY-MONILLAS MOVED, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER <br />MESAROS, TO EXCUSE COUNCILMEMBER BUCKSHNIS. MOTION CARRIED <br />UNANIMOUSLY. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT FRALEY-MONILLAS MOVED, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER <br />PETSO, TO APPROVE THE AGENDA IN CONTENT AND ORDER. MOTION CARRIED <br />UNANIMOUSLY. <br />4. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS
