EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL APPROVED MINUTES <br />April 28, 2015 <br />The Edmonds City Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Earling in the Council <br />Chambers, 250 5"' Avenue North, Edmonds. ROLL CALL <br />City Clerk Scott Passey called the roll. All elected officials were present. <br />2. DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2015 <br />BUDGET <br />Council President Fraley-Monillas recalled last week this item was moved tonight's study session; <br />however, this agenda item states discussion and potential action. <br />COUNCILMEMBER PETSO MOVED, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BLOOM, TO <br />MOVE ITEM 2 TO ITEM 6A. MOTION CARRIED (6-1), COUNCILMEMBER BUCKSHNIS <br />VOTING NO. <br />3. CONTINUED CLOSED -RECORD REVIEW OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S <br />RECOMMENDATION ON PROPOSED FIELD IMPROVEMENTS AT THE FORMER <br />WOODWAY HIGH SCHOOL <br />Mayor Earling observed neither the Edmonds School District's (ESD) attorney nor anyone representing <br />the opposition was present. He asked City Attorney Jeff Taraday whether it was appropriate to proceed. <br />Mr. Taraday agreed it was curious so few people were present.
